QUICK SMOOTHIE WITH ORANGE, BANANA AND HONEY

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 80 g honey
  • 100 g chopped peanuts
  • 50 g of 80% chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 60 g honey for decoration

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the chopped peanuts, in a food processor and blend. It should have a thick consistency for shaping, you can add a little water until the texture is achieved.
  2. Shape with your hands into small balls.
  3. We spread on peanuts and chocolate. Finish by adding a little more honey for presentation, and you’re ready to conquer those manic mornings!
