QUICK SMOOTHIE WITH ORANGE, BANANA AND HONEY
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g oats
- 100 g almonds
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 80 g coconut oil
- 100 g peanut butter
- 80 g honey
- 100 g chopped peanuts
- 50 g of 80% chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 60 g honey for decoration
METHOD
- Put all the ingredients, except the chopped peanuts, in a food processor and blend. It should have a thick consistency for shaping, you can add a little water until the texture is achieved.
- Shape with your hands into small balls.
- We spread on peanuts and chocolate. Finish by adding a little more honey for presentation, and you’re ready to conquer those manic mornings!
