MILK WITH CINNAMON AND HONEY

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g 70% cocoa powder
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 100 g rice flour
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g chopped walnuts
  • 80 g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Honey for decoration

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous dough.
  2. Put the mixture in a baking tin greased with olive oil or baking paper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 190º, with the oven pre- heated. Check that it is cooked by inserting a knife. It should come out moist, but not dirty. Remove and leave to cool. Remove from the mould.
  4. We cut our brownie into smaller pieces. Put them on a plate and add a little more honey, and you’re ready to eat breakfast like a Honeyenial!
