MILK WITH CINNAMON AND HONEY
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g 70% cocoa powder
- 100 g olive oil
- 100 g rice flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g chopped walnuts
- 80 g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Honey for decoration
METHOD
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Put the mixture in a baking tin greased with olive oil or baking paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 190º, with the oven pre- heated. Check that it is cooked by inserting a knife. It should come out moist, but not dirty. Remove and leave to cool. Remove from the mould.
- We cut our brownie into smaller pieces. Put them on a plate and add a little more honey, and you’re ready to eat breakfast like a Honeyenial!
