PEACH AND HONEY ICE CREAM GRANITA
INGREDIENTS
- 100 ml olive oil
- 150 g honey
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 300 g pastry flour
- 100 ml milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- 120 g honey for decoration
METHOD
- Beat the eggs and honey in a bowl with a whisk. Add the milk and oil.
- Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, the lemon zest and the salt.
- Put the dough in individual moulds and bake for 15 minutes at 200º, or until a knife comes out clean. Remove and leave to cool.
- When serving our cupcackes, we add a little more honey to decorate – the sweetest way to start the day!
