MILK WITH COCOA AND HONEY

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bananas
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 4 of chocolate and 4 of strawberry ice cream
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 4 tablespoons of peeled almonds
  • 150 g honey

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
  2. Whip the very cold cream in a food processor with whisk attachment. When it starts to set, add the caster sugar. Set aside in a piping bag with a fluted nozzle.
  3. Place three ice cream balls in a row on a plate and place the banana on the sides. Between the balls, place generous dollops of cream.
  4. We finish by adding plenty of honey, slivered almonds and some maraschinos. The classic banana split, but Honeyenial style!
