INGREDIENTS
- 4 bananas
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 80 g sugar
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 4 of chocolate and 4 of strawberry ice cream
- 12 maraschino cherries
- 4 tablespoons of peeled almonds
- 150 g honey
METHOD
- Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- Whip the very cold cream in a food processor with whisk attachment. When it starts to set, add the caster sugar. Set aside in a piping bag with a fluted nozzle.
- Place three ice cream balls in a row on a plate and place the banana on the sides. Between the balls, place generous dollops of cream.
- We finish by adding plenty of honey, slivered almonds and some maraschinos. The classic banana split, but Honeyenial style!
