PEACH AND HONEY ICE CREAM GRANITA

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 150 g honey
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g pastry flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 120 g honey for decoration

METHOD

  1. Beat the eggs and honey in a bowl with a whisk. Add the milk and oil.
  2. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, the lemon zest and the salt.
  3. Put the dough in individual moulds and bake for 15 minutes at 200º, or until a knife comes out clean. Remove and leave to cool.
  4. When serving our cupcackes, we add a little more honey to decorate – the sweetest way to start the day!
