MULTI-VITAMIN ORANGE-CARROT JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 12 slices of artisan smoked ham
  • 1 fresh avocado
  • 90 g honey
  • Some rocket, watercress, or lamb’s lettuce leaves

METHOD

  1. Lightly toast our slices of bread in a toaster or griddle.
  2. Place the slices of ham on the toast, folding them in such a way that they give us height on the toast.
  3. Cut the avocado into cubes and place between the ham.
  4. Add honey to the toast.
  5. Finish with a few leaves of rocket, watercress, or lamb’s lettuce – ideal for a livening up a boring Monday!
