INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of spelt or similar bread
- 200 g of sobrasada
- 4 medium eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 80 g honey
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
METHOD
- Toast the bread in a toaster or griddle.
- Spread sobrasada on toast.
- In a hot frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and the eggs, making sure the whites are cooked, and at the last moment, break the yolks. Add and remove so that the yolks are juicy and the eggs are scrambled. Season to taste with salt. Pour over the sobrassada.
