RICOTTA, HONEY AND APPLE TOAST
- 4 slices of wholemeal seeded bread
- 240 g ricotta cheese
- 120 g honey
- 2 red apples
- Cut the apples in half and then into thin slices in the shape of a fan.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or griddle until lightly browned.
- Spread the cheese on the toast. Top with an apple fan and finish with plenty of honey, a very Mielenial mix of flavours and textures!
