INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml kefir yoghurt
- 100 g granola
- 200 g of assorted berries. Currants, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.
- 90 g honey
- Some mint or peppermint leaves
METHOD
- Halve some raspberries and blackberries if they are very large.
- In glass cups, layer in the following order. Yoghurt, granola, berries, and honey.
