INGREDIENTS

  • 600 ml kefir yoghurt
  • 100 g granola
  • 200 g of assorted berries. Currants, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.
  • 90 g honey
  • Some mint or peppermint leaves

METHOD

  1. Halve some raspberries and blackberries if they are very large.
  2. In glass cups, layer in the following order. Yoghurt, granola, berries, and honey.
  3. Finish with more honey and mint or peppermint leaves – a breakfast as light as it is Honeyenial!
