INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g honey
  • 90 g butter
  • 100 g flour

METHOD

  1. Make a caramel with the honey and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a whisk.
  3. On a baking tray with baking paper, we place our dough making biscuit shapes.
  4. Bake at 200º in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove carefully and leave to cool on a wire rack until they harden – the ultimate cookie breakfast!
