INGREDIENTS
- 100 g honey
- 90 g butter
- 100 g flour
METHOD
- Make a caramel with the honey and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a whisk.
- On a baking tray with baking paper, we place our dough making biscuit shapes.
- Bake at 200º in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove carefully and leave to cool on a wire rack until they harden – the ultimate cookie breakfast!
