ALMOND MILK WITH HONEY

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of assorted nuts and dried fruit
  • 200 g of dried fruits such as dried apricots, plums, figs, etc.
  • 150 g muesli
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • 100 g honey
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Chop the dried fruit. If they are very hard, we can hydrate them in warm water for a few minutes.
  2. In a blender or food processor, lightly crush the nuts. Set aside in a bowl. Do the same with the dried fruit and set aside in the same bowl.
  3. Grind the muesli and cornflakes in a mortar and pestle. Put them together with the previous ingredients in the bowl. Add the honey and salt. Knead until a homogeneous dough is formed.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking tin lined with baking paper. Leave to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours and cut into smaller portions – the ideal breakfast for Honeyenials who don’t miss a single day at the gym!
