ALMOND MILK WITH HONEY
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of assorted nuts and dried fruit
- 200 g of dried fruits such as dried apricots, plums, figs, etc.
- 150 g muesli
- 50 g cornflakes
- 100 g honey
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Chop the dried fruit. If they are very hard, we can hydrate them in warm water for a few minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, lightly crush the nuts. Set aside in a bowl. Do the same with the dried fruit and set aside in the same bowl.
- Grind the muesli and cornflakes in a mortar and pestle. Put them together with the previous ingredients in the bowl. Add the honey and salt. Knead until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Spread the mixture in a baking tin lined with baking paper. Leave to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours and cut into smaller portions – the ideal breakfast for Honeyenials who don’t miss a single day at the gym!
