PINEAPPLE JUICE AND GINGER SLICES

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 80 g chia seeds
  • 80 g oats
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 1 or 2 grapefruit
  • 120 g honey

METHOD

  1. Blend the coconut milk, oats, natural yoghurt and two tablespoons of honey in a food processor. Place in a jug with the chia seeds in the fridge for 30 minutes to hydrate them.
  2. Cut the grapefruit into thin half-slices.
  3. Serve in bowls, first adding the mixture of coconut milk, oats, and chia seeds. Then, on the side, put half slices of grapefruit and a good drizzle of honey decorating the whole dish. Finish with grated coconut next to the grapefruit, and some raw chia seeds. 100% flavour, 100% Honeyenial recipe!
