LEMONADE WITH GINGER AND HONEY

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces of rice pancake
  • 200 g of fresh cheese (Burgos style)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 100 g honey
  • 10 g poppy seeds
  • Mint or spearmint leaves

METHOD

  1. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  2. Cut the mango into cubes.
  3. Put some slices of cheese on top of the rice pancakes and some mango cubes on top.
  4. Finish by adding plenty of leather, some poppy seeds and a few mint leaves – ideal for tempting both young and old into becoming Honeyenials!
